Europ Assistance
Europ Assistance is our chosen Travel Insurance provider for our tennis and ski holidays. Europ Assistance has been providing cover for travellers throughout the world for 40 years and has its own assistance division.
It is a condition of booking that you have insurance the same level as our recommended policy. For maximum cover, please ensure that you have a policy in place at the time of booking. Please find below a summary of benefits and Insurance Premiums.
Excess Waiver:
This can be included for an extra premium. If you select this option, the
£50 excess (per insured person) per claim, will be waived.
Special Sports & Activities:
Special cover can be included for an extra premium, please call us for more
details.
All premiums for these covers include Insurance Premium Tax which is subject to change. The premiums quoted above are for clients under 69 years of age. For clients 70 years and over, please contact us. Children under 2 years are insured free of charge; those under the age of 16, pay half price. Full details of your policy wording will be sent out to you with your confirmation of your booking.

Medical expenses and repatriation – up to 5 million
Baggage – up to £2,500, baggage delay up to £100
Additional travel and accommodation costs – up to £1,000
Emergency return to the UK – necessary costs
Money and passport – up to £500
(£250 cash limit)
Hospital; daily benefit – up to £500
Personal Liability - up to £2 million
Person Accident – up to £30,000
Legal advice and expenses – up to £50,000
Missed departure – up to £1000 and travel delay up to £200
Airport or port assistance - up to £500
And a range of valuable laitance services including transfer of emergency
funds – up to £500
If you book your trip in advance, you are also covered against cancellation
- up to £5,000
With Winter Sports Cover
Cancellation of pre-paid ski lessons and list passes – up to £5,000
Loss or theft of ski equipment – up to £500
Delay of equipment up to £300
Piste Closure – Up to £200
Delay to public transport due to avalanches or landslide – up to £150
Tennis Holiday Cover
Specialist local rescue for search, rescue and emergency transfer to hospital
– up to £750 per Insured Person per Trip
If your sports gear and /or activity equipment is damaged, destroyed, lost
or stolen during the Trip – up to £500
